DREAMING

The morning rays strike the place
Masada’s heroes fought
Our tears swell for those who fell
Forever in our thoughts
Dreaming of some day at hand
When innocent blood no longer stains the sand
The glistening sea of the Galilee
Reflects the azure sky
Birds’ sweet trill from Tzfas’ hills
Echo as they fly
Dreaming of some future time
When joyful songs replace the siren cries

So with hope we lift our eyes to you, Jerusalem
G-d’s grace will surely rise from you, Jerusalem
Though for thousands of years we’ve been scattered
In you our prayers are gathered
Near and far, any place we are, Jerusalem

So we take you in our heart and soul, Jerusalem
We will never ever let you go, Jerusalem
For all that we’ve had to endure, now
Israel’ll be strong and secure now
G-d will help us through
Dreams do come true, Jerusalem

Machpela Cave given away
No more to hear our prayers
Walls cast gloom on Rochel’s tomb
We still have much to fear
Dreaming of the perfect dawn
When new griefs no longer must be mourned

In her mountain coves, under olive groves
They long for time to spend
But the Golan Heights and border fights
Her young soldiers must defend
Dreaming of some coming day
When tools of war can be forever thrown away

So with hope we lift our eyes to you, Jerusalem
G-d’s grace will surely rise from you, Jerusalem
Though for thousands of years we’ve been scattered
In you our prayers are gathered
From near and far, any place we are, Jerusalem

So we take you in our heart and soul, Jerusalem
We will never ever let you go, Jerusalem
For all that we’ve had to endure, now
Israel’ll be strong and secure now
G-d will help us through
Dreams do come true, Jerusalem

The Kotel’s stones hear the moans
Of desperate groups of Jews
We must unite in Israel’s fight
We have so much to lose
Dreaming of a day to be
When we walk our land, together, proud and free!

So with hope we lift our eyes to you, Jerusalem
G-d’s grace will surely rise from you, Jerusalem
Though for thousands of years we’ve been scattered
In you our prayers are gathered
So we turn to you, each and every Jew, Jerusalem

So we take you in our heart and soul, Jerusalem
We will never ever let you go, Jerusalem
For all that we’ve had to endure, now
Israel’ll be strong and secure now
G-d will help us through
Dreams do come true, Jerusalem

Great Souls Experience Great Sorrows

Material stuff and trinkets are easily earned, but usually the most
valuable and most precious things carry a heavy price and often
times with harsh, grueling and toilsome labor.  Sometimes lofty
heights of power and awesome wealth are always bought with
blood, if there is enough of blood to be spilled.
To attain the greatest value and character in life, it needs our
acceptance of flexibility to adapt to ever changing winds of trials
and tribulations for they are not thrown at us randomly;  it’s
brought upon to chisel us to be precious gems in order to meet
with our Almighty God’s standards as wholesome loving
respectful human beings.
We are brought upon our knees under circumstances of intense
fire of trials and afflictions so that we may exercise our utmost
faith and trust in Almighty God Yahweh (JEHOVAH) and forever
be thankful in Yeshua (Jesus) as our Savior, the Atoner for our
sins and the intercessor between God and men.
So, do not despair in times of troubled storms for when God brings
us that deluge of tempest, He is using time which He is in control,
to deal with us with patience so that we will learn to lean our all,
heavily upon Him.

Character in Life

Great truths are dearly bought, the common truths,
Such as we give and take from day to day,

Come in the common walk of easy life,
Blown by the careless wind across our way.

Great truths are greatly won, not found by chance,
Nor wafter on the breath of summer dream;

But grasped in the great struggle of our soul,
Hard buffeting with adverse wind and stream.

But in the day of conflict, fear and grief,
When the strong hand of God, put forth in might,
Plows up the subsoil of our stagnant heart,
And brings the imprisoned truth seed to the light.

Wrung from the troubled spirit, in hard hours
Of weakness, solitude and times of pain,

Truth springs like harvest from the well-plowed field,
And our soul feels it has not wept in vain.

alone on each stalk but beautiful

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.

I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

Ω

It doesn’t interest me how old you are.

I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.

Ω

It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon

I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow; if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain! I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it or fade it, or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic; to remember the limitations of being human.

Ω

It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true.

I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself; if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul; if you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy. I want to know if you can see beauty even when it’s not pretty, every day, and if you can source your own life from its presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, “Yes!”

Ω

It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have.

I want to know if you can get up, after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

Ω

It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here.

I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.

Ω

It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied.

I want to know what sustains you, from the inside, when all else falls away.

Ω

if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

Noah's Ark

10 Life-Lessons from Noah’s Ark

The Biblical story of the great flood (see Genesis 6:1-9:17)

has been around for a long time. It has counterparts in many

other cultures. Each generation has learned much from the

story — and so can those of us in the coaching community!

Needless to say, “Always build on the highest ground possible”,

because character always counts!

Here
are ten more:

1. Always plan ahead.

There wasn’t any rain in the forecast when Noah started building

the ark.

2.Don’t listen to your critics.

Listen instead to your heart, and then do whatever has to be done.

The neighbors might have taunted when Noah was blocking

their driveway — but he had the last laugh as soon as the rain

began falling!

3.Stay physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally fit.

You never know but that when you’re 600 years old, someone

might come along out of the blue and ask you to do something

REALLY big!

4.Don’t seek to go it alone.

Always travel, at least, in pairs, because two heads are

better than one.

two better than one

two better than one

5.Speed is not always an advantage.

The cheetahs were on board, but so were the snails; and

they all arrived safely on dry ground at the very same time.

6.Handle Conflict with certainty.

If you can’t fight or flee from adversity — at least make

certain you have an idea that can float in the battlefield

of ideas!

7.Don’t miss the boat!

Never forget this underlying truth: that ultimately when

all is said and done, we’re all in the same boat!

don't miss this boat

don't miss this boat

8. Be flexible in your thinking.

Remember that amateurs built the ark while professionals

built the Titanic and the Challenger Space Shuttle.

9. Remember that Fear is nothing more than

“False Evidence Appearing Real”.

The woodpeckers on the INSIDE are often a bigger threat to

your overall well being than the storms raging on the outside.

10. Remain faithful and optimistic.

No matter how bleak things look, if God is traveling with you,

there’s always going to be a rainbow of peace on the other

side of the storm.

God's Rainbow of Promise

Yesterday_Tomorrow_Today

There are two days in every week that we should not worry about,
two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One is Yesterday, with its mistakes and cares,
its faults and blunders, its aches and pains.
Yesterday has passed, forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We cannot undo a single act we performed.
Nor can we erase a single word we’ve said
Yesterday is gone!

Yesterday's Gone
Yesterday’s Gone But YOU CAN LEARN FROM IT ..

The other day we shouldn’t worry about is Tomorrow,
with its impossible adversaries, its burden,
its hopeful promise and poor performance.
Tomorrow is beyond our control.

Tomorrow’s sun will rise either in splendor or
behind a mask of clouds – but it will rise.
And until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow,
for it is yet unborn.

Tomorrow's Beyond Control But GOD IS IN FULL CONTROL
Tomorrow’s Beyond Control but GOD IS IN FULL CONTROL ..

This leaves only one day – Today.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when we add the burdens of yesterday
and tomorrow that we break down.

It is not the experience of today that drives people
mad – it is the remorse of bitterness for something
which happened yesterday, and the dread of
what tomorrow may bring.

today, live it!
Today, LIVE IT THE BEST WAY YOU CAN ..

Make TODAY the best day it can be, and let us,

therefore,

Live our lives

whichever Best way we can;

one day at a time.
